The weather in Citrus Springs is ideal for in the sunshine state. Most of the year is warm and bright with the winter being mild, yet refreshing. Having heavy Pine tree shading makes this neighborhood ideal for bike riding and trail walking.

The population in this neighborhood is just over 11,000. So, it’s a medium-sized but tight knit community in Citrus Springs, FL.

One of the best perks of living in Citrus Springs is that it’s located near three pristine golf courses (membership may be needed), biking/walking trails, community parks, and great schools.

The Rainbow Plaza, a local strip mall, is only a 10-minute drive away, located in Dunnellon, FL. There is also a great breakfast restaurant that even closer, which is known for its large, fluffy pancakes and omeletes.

The community is connects into Pine Ridge Estates, which offers the opportunity for horseback riding. Residents are lucky to call this neighborhood home! What makes this community special, is that there are several parks close by, and it’s also interconnected to the Withlacoochee Nature Trail!
